Junior Sales Development Representative
Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in sales? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and nurturing potential leads to fuel our sales pipeline and drive company growth. There are opportunities to grow within the company for individuals with a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to learn. Must be comfortable with the fast pace, risks, challenges, and rewards of a technology startup. Employees will work in person from our NYC office. There is no remote work or hybrid option.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential customers within our target markets
Initiate outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and generate interest in our products/services
Qualify leads by asking probing questions and understanding their needs
Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HubSpot CRM system
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM tool
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales career
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Be a supportive and collaborative team player
